About Cindy

I have always been fascinated by people and intensely curious about human relationships. This has led to a lifelong career of supporting others on their journey to become who they want to be and to discover what matters most to them.

My work is centered on a passion for supporting people to uncover their own deep understanding of who they want to be and how they want to show up in the world. I have been a solopreneur for more than two decades and nurtured a successful practice by sharing my most authentic self and serving others with sincerity and transparency.

As a psychologist, I’ve gained years of experience reading situations exceptionally well and can quickly understand the complexities of the workplace and relationship dynamics allowing people to experience greater self-awareness. This, combined with my leadership coaching experience, enables people to get to the root causes of challenges and issues and experience tangible, meaningful progress towards their goals quickly. Everyday, I will invite you to become more of who you want to be.

I am vitally connected to my family, friends and community. I am an avid exerciser and yoga practitioner. I have traveled extensively and my journeys to Africa have shaped my way of being in the world. In my own life, I notice I work hard, play hard and love generously, with a bit of irreverent, smart-aleck flair. I appreciate a playful spirit and sense of humor. I am known to be a loyal friend, a great cook, a fun grandma and a fairly decent wife, mother and mother-in-law, sister and aunt. I have come to believe that our development never stops and, if we pause long enough, we just might receive another chance to work on what is in our own “backyard” time and time again.
